First Amendment Law

Krispen has devoted the latter stages of his practice to a passion he has developed for First Amendment Law and Privacy. This interest had its beginnings in real life situations he encountered while practicing law, and with one in particular. He is currently developing a "reputation remediation" service which will combine legal remedy with internet technique for protecting and "fixing" online reputation in cases of defamation.

DWI

Many persons charged with D.W.I. do not fully understand how tough the laws have become regarding this offense.  Good counsel is increasingly important.  Mr. Culbertson has handled DWI cases for nearly eight years, and his law practice has successfully served over five hundred DWI defendants.  He has conducted DWI bench trials, jury trials, and has conducted appeals of DWI cases to the North Carolina Courts of Appeal.  Despite the extensiveness of his experience, however, Culbertson and Associates endeavors to charge reasonable and affordable rates for DWI representation.  Our rates are among the lowest in the area.

Immigration Law
